Owners of Studio rooms receive a portion of the fee generated from all services and games, with 5% of the total fee allocated to Studio owners. On average, Studio owners receive 0.033% of the total portion.
The Vista rooms, numbered from 151 to 250, comprise 100 units. Priced at $200 USDT, these rooms offer a slightly larger and more premium living experience. Vista owners also receive 5% of the total portion, amounting to an average portion of 0.05% from the total portion.
For those seeking the epitome of luxury, the Penthouse rooms provide the ultimate living experience. With only 50 units available, numbered from 251 to 300, these rooms command a starting price of $300 USDT. Owners of Penthouse rooms receive the highest portion, with 5% allocated to them. On average, Penthouse owners receive 0.1% of the total portion.

Rarity Level: Each furniture has its rarity score. Owners can increase their room's rarity level by decorating it with rarer furniture. This factor carries a weight of 50% in the total score calculation.
Community Vote: Playbux members have the opportunity to vote for their favorite rooms using their PBUX. Rooms are then ranked based on the accumulated voting score. Like Rarity Level, this criterion also holds a weight of 50% in the total score calculation. the PBUX accumulated through community voting will be awarded directly to the room owner
After determining the scores from Rarity Level and Community Vote, they are compounded to form the total score for each room. Rooms are then ranked within their respective tiers based on this total score, with PBUX rewards distributed accordingly. The higher the rank, the more PBUX rewards the room owner receives.
This ranking mechanism adds a competitive yet fair element to the Playbux Palace, incentivizing room owners to enhance their rooms' rarity and appeal to the community, thereby earning greater PBUX rewards.
